Our authentication process
At Bagsy London, authenticity is our priority and our promise. We know that when purchasing a vintage or pre-loved designer bag, confidence matters just as much as style.
Every bag we sell is carefully reviewed by Bagsy London and independently authenticated by LegitGrails before it is listed on our website.
1. In-House Review
Each bag is carefully inspected by Bagsy London before being offered for sale. We review the details that matter, including materials, construction, stitching, hardware, logos, serial or date details where applicable, interior finishes and overall condition.
As every piece is vintage or pre-loved, we also assess signs of age, wear or previous ownership so that each listing can be described as transparently as possible.
2. Independent Authentication
Every bag is independently authenticated by LegitGrails, a specialist third-party authentication service.
This independent review provides an additional layer of reassurance before a piece is made available to purchase.
3. Certificate of Authenticity
Every order is supplied with a LegitGrails certificate of authenticity for the bag purchased, either physically or digitally depending on the format available.
This gives you clear, independent documentation to accompany your piece.
Our Authenticity Promise
We only sell pieces we believe to be authentic. In the rare event that an item purchased from Bagsy London is ever proven to be inauthentic, you will receive a full refund.
