Returns & Refunds

At Bagsy London, we want you to adore your purchase. If it is not quite right, you are welcome to return it under the conditions below.

UK & Europe Returns

For UK and EU orders, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery and include your order number. Once we receive your return request, we will confirm your return instructions and the date by which your parcel must be sent back. You will have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your return to send the item back.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Returned in the same condition in which it was received and not worn, used or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it. We reserve the right to deduct from your refund where wear, damage, use or missing components have caused a reduction in the item's resale value.
The Bagsy London security tag and any other tags supplied with the item must remain fully attached, intact and unaltered. Please do not remove or tamper with the security tag unless you have decided to keep the item. We reserve the right to deduct for diminished value where tags have been removed or tampered with.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, return customs paperwork, and any duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, handling charges or other local charges that may apply.

UK Return Shipping

All returns must be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, which includes tracking and insurance.
UK returns: £15.45.

EU Return Shipping

All EU returns must be sent via a tracked and adequately insured service. Please provide the tracking number once the return has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for completing all customs documentation accurately in accordance with the return instructions provided by Bagsy London. Parcels must be clearly declared as returned goods where applicable.
Any customs, courier or handling charges incurred by Bagsy London as a result of incorrect or incomplete return documentation may be deducted from the refund where legally permitted.

USA & Canada Orders

For orders shipped to the United States or Canada, all sales are final unless the item is faulty, incorrect, materially not as described or found to be inauthentic.

Due to the costs and complexities associated with international shipping, customs and duties, we do not currently accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for orders shipped to the United States or Canada.

We strongly encourage customers to review all product descriptions, measurements, condition notes and images carefully before completing their purchase. If you have any questions about an item, please contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase, if eligible, and place a new order.

Faulty, Incorrect, Not as Described or Authenticity Concerns

In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty, incorrect, materially not as described, or you have a concern about authenticity, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

We will review the matter promptly and, where appropriate, offer a remedy in line with your statutory rights.

All Bagsy London items are authentic, pre-loved or vintage pieces. We take great care to photograph, inspect and describe each item as accurately and transparently as possible.

Please note:

Product Photography: Product photos are taken under professional lighting to clearly show colour, texture and condition. Lighting conditions and individual screen settings may cause colours to appear slightly different in person. Minor differences caused by lighting or screen display are not considered faults.
Measurements: Measurements provided are approximate and are intended as a guide only. Minor variations may occur due to manual measurement and are not considered faults.
Vintage & Pre-Loved Condition: Any visible signs of wear, patina or age-related characteristics are part of the item's history and are disclosed in the listing description and imagery. These are not considered faults under our returns policy.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees and other local charges are not refundable unless required by law.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Refused, Unpaid or Undeliverable International Orders

International orders are shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid basis. This means import duties, taxes, customs fees and any other local charges are not included at checkout and must be paid by the recipient upon arrival.

If an international order is refused, returned to us, abandoned, delayed or made undeliverable due to unpaid customs charges, unpaid import taxes, refusal to accept delivery, incorrect delivery information or failure to provide information required by customs or the delivery provider, any reasonable costs incurred by Bagsy London will be deducted from your refund, where legally permitted.

This includes original shipping costs, return shipping costs, courier fees, customs charges, handling fees or other charges applied by the delivery provider or customs authorities.
