As every piece is pre-owned and individually authenticated, we describe condition as accurately as possible — but we understand that sometimes an item isn’t quite right for you.

Returns window

You may return an item within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is returned unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
