All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in GBP and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken securely at checkout.

Product listings & condition

As every item we sell is pre-owned, condition is described as accurately as possible in each listing. Please review photographs and condition notes carefully before purchasing — items are sold as described.

Limitation of liability

Bagsy London is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or purchase of our products, to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
